1. Vehicle Request Form
When you submit a vehicle request, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your destination, target vehicle, preferred year range, budget, quantity, WhatsApp number, name, email address and message.
The information is stored in the website database and sent through Resend to sales@whale.autos so we can respond to your request, provide suitable vehicle options or explain the next step.
2. Website Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits to the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.
We may also load Google Analytics through Cloudflare Zaraz. Google Analytics may use cookies or other identifiers to measure website usage.
3. Website Events
We record certain page views and button clicks anonymously to understand how vehicle pages and website features are used. These events may include the page visited, the button or link selected, a reference code in the link and the visitor country or region.
Our own event records do not store IP addresses. To prevent form abuse, the system may process an IP address temporarily for rate limiting, but it is not stored in an inquiry or website event record.
